I am one of the students who have just finished the procedure to transfer to PSU. Because this is the first time we apply to a University in the US, moreover, we are the very first students who transfer there from APCS program, we had met many difficulties as well as confusions. Now I write this article with the hope that it will provide some useful information for other students who intend to study abroad in the future.
